Project Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

This Project Guarantee & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding project adjustments, quarry sourcing reservations, cancellations, and quality criteria for structural stone and terrazzo installations managed by Bochnakian Stone Design Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Custom Stone & Terrazzo Commissions

Our custom castings, book-matched marble panels, and facade carvings are constructed to specific architectural drawings. Because of the heavy raw material prep and customized cutting configurations, the following rules apply:

• Early Cancellation: You may cancel a signed architectural agreement for a return of deposits within 3 business days of execution, provided the raw quarry blocking stage has not been initiated.
• Mid-Phase Sourcing Adjustment: Once block slicing or wire cutting begins at our Perak quarries (typically 4 days post-signing), cancellations are subject to a 20% quarry holding adjustment fee to cover block isolation and handling labor.
• On-Site Casting Commencement: Once aggregates are mixed, epoxy pours begin, or structural anchor brackets are drilled on-site, cancellations cannot be processed, and paid deposits are non-refundable.

2. Recurring Polishing & Care Agreements

Our recurring stone preservation and terrazzo sealing agreements can be adjusted as follows:

• You may terminate a recurring care contract at any time by providing 30 days written notice to our showroom concierge office.
• We do not offer partial returns for mid-month cancellations. Services will continue until the end of the active billing cycle.

3. Structural Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the structural stability of our stone installations. If mechanical flaws, fissures, or bond failures appear within 12 months of installation due to natural quarry stress lines or installation errors, we will execute repairs or stone replacements at our own expense.

This quality guarantee does not cover damage resulting from building settling, structural impacts, chemical spills, or aggressive acid cleaning methods.

4. Refund & Adjustment Processing

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or the original method of payment within 14 business days of formal administrative confirmation.
